Dear Reader We are very happy that you are interested in our kitten. The cattery of Russian House would like to inform our customers about our quality criteria: All our kittens grow up in our family and together with our two childern. There are no closed doors (with very few exceptions) and all animals may move around freely. There several out-door kennels, one is open all year and can be accessed by all cats whenever they like. Our house and garden offer enough space to play around and show many options for the animals to hide away to enjoy calm hours. Therefore our youngsters get all the love and affection they need to grow up to a well behaved and self assured cat. They will respect human beings but are also able to cope with other cats or animals in the house. None of our kittens is ever kept separated from the others all alone by itself. A buyer can therefore be assured that he or she buys a well socialized animal that will develop into a loving cat after a reasonable time for acclimatisation. Our kitten will accept their new home and will be able to cope with your exisiting animals (other cats, dogs etc.). Our house is open for all buyers or interested people - please call us for an arrangement. We would be very pleased to show you the living conditions of all our cats. We have no intention to hide anything from you and we will openly answer all your critical questions. On our homepage we try to inform you with outmost transparency and fully honest. When you look through our site you will recognise how much more information you find on our web site compared to other catteries: all animals are shown, all kittens of every litter are presented. You will find out who their parents are; you will even find pictures and information on their ancestors (as long as we are allowed to present it). However, if you find anything missing we would be very happy to answer your call or your email. We will hand over our kittens with the age of 12 weeks or more. During this time the kittens grow up with their mother or parents. It is absolutely not healthy for young cats to be separated from their mother earlier than 12 weeks. When we hand over the kittens they are vaccinated, free of worms and they have been checked by a veterinary immediately before. Of course we will hand over our kittens with a contract of sale including their pedigree and a vaccination report. With this we clearly separate ourself from suspect catteries that try to sell cats without proper documentation. However without a contract a buyer will not be able to prove anything in court. And these people will not hesitate to lie in front of a judge - we have made such experiences. Included in our price is the option to castrate the cat within one year from the time of purchase (max. of CHF 200). With this option you are not forced to take a decision on whether you like make a litter with your cat or not before you buy it. You have one year to decide. If you want to castrate the animal just send us the original bill of your vet and we will refund you the castration fee. If possible we bring the kitten to its new home. We think that this is part of our customer service and thus we learn to know its new living conditions. And if there are any questions later on we will be more than happy to assist you. The Russian House Team is glad to offer you a rebate of CHF 300 when you buy two or more kitten at Russian House - even if the kitten origin of different litters.
